Craig Wier, Community Development Director
Craig previously cofounded and was Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Product Planning for Intraspect Software (acquired in 2003 by Vignette), a leading developer of collaborative, knowledge-sharing software for business. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Development at Silicon Valley's groundbreaking Enterprise Engineering Technology (EIT). He also founded ARPA's (now DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) first program focused on human-computer interaction, and earlier he helped guide development of Mentor Graphics' award-winning ECAD application framework.

Cathie Wier, Technical Solutions Director
Cathie has worked with the Intraspect Software platform for eight years. She got her start at Arthur Andersen where she ran a virtual technology team using Intraspect software, and since then has built, customized and managed communities for eUsers and Intraspect, as well as delivering training for Intraspect's customers. She is currently training Vignette's customers.

Cathie previously was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen's national cost-management team, after heading her own consulting firm focused on design and deployment of cost-management projects. She was a cofounder, Vice President of Engineering, and Director of Market Development for ABC Technologies (acquired in 2002 by SAS). She was also a member of software-engineering teams that created award-winning products at Tektronix and National Instruments.
